No, Marquessy offers free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.
If the total delivery time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us at info@marquessy.com, quoting your order number.
Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are processed the same business day.
You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@marquessy.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
